A moment of spirituality with Sira Garcias’ latest album ‘The Tree of Life and the Strength of Moving On, Pt.2’

Relaxation and meditation is something that so many of us have relied on during this past difficult year. While we are all staying at home, many are missing their usual sources of relaxation whether this be therapy, health spas or meditative yoga classes.

With composer Sira Garcias’ latest beautiful album, ‘The Tree of Life and the Strength of Moving On, Pt.2’  she is bringing that much missed tranquility straight to our homes and ears with 11 transcendent tracks which evoke a soothing sense of calm.

Taking an alternative route into music, Sira discovered her passion through studying the unique therapy found in Reiki and Chinese medicine. She appreciated the close relationship between spirituality and music and looked to create the perfect audio environment for her patients. She has tied the two together perfectly in ‘The Tree of Life and the Strength of Moving On, Pt.2’, enabling listeners to not only enjoy the music but to use it as a form of self-therapy.

“I have had a strong spiritual connection since I was a child… I loved to sing and write poetry”, Garcias explained. “I don’t care about superficial smiles, I care about happiness. I don’t care about material fame, I care about spiritual matters. I don’t care about those who try to create an artist with an empty heart, I care about lineage and pure talented artists with strong goals.”
