Tia-Brittany’s DTF Connects Music, Film and Personal Truth
Tia-Brittany’s DTF is a pop album with a strong cinematic identity. Led by Don’t Talk Feelings, the project reflects the Sydney-based artist’s commitment to telling emotionally honest stories through both sound and visuals.
The album’s visual world was developed in collaboration with internationally recognised filmmaker Pauline Chan, who worked with Tia-Brittany on the music video. Their creative partnership continues beyond the album, as they are also working on an upcoming television series alongside Geoff Newton.
Music remains at the centre of Tia-Brittany’s creative output, but her wider artistic life plays an important role in shaping her songs. Her studies in psychology, acting background and training at the Australian Institute of Music all contribute to the narrative depth of DTF.
With Don’t Talk Feelings, Tia-Brittany gives the album a compelling emotional anchor. DTF positions her as an artist who is not only interested in writing songs, but in building stories, images and characters that can resonate across multiple creative platforms.
