A New Take On Celtic Music With An Emotive, Multi-Instrumental Album

Exceeding the Celtic homages incorporated throughout their self-titled, 2016 debut album, Doolin’s Circus Boy boasts a more powerful music vision, exceeding the conventions of trad-Irish music.

Whilst conforming to typical Irish musical elements, such as the collaboration of renowned European fiddlers Niamh Gallagher and Niall Murphy, as well as Guilhem Cavaillé, also a founding member of the band, Circus Boy embodies a new range of musical influences. The addition of the piano, drums, and brass brings a new sonic element to the forefront of Doolin’s work, highlighting their endless musical capabilities and broad range of influences.

The result? A largely powerful and appealing album, fusing an endless amount of musical talent, reflective of years of hard work and experience.
