Eric Roberts Stars in Supernatural Crime Thriller Holy Father
SRHP Films is preparing to introduce audiences to Holy Father, a 90-minute horror and crime thriller written and directed by Shravan Tiwari. Set within a world of faith, possession and criminal investigation, the film combines supernatural terror with a dark mystery surrounding unexplained events and violent crimes.
The story follows Father Isaac Wales, a veteran Catholic priest and exorcist played by Academy Award-nominated actor Eric Roberts. Wales is drawn into a troubling case involving possession and a threat that appears to extend beyond one victim, forcing him to confront forces that challenge both his faith and his understanding of evil.
Holy Father also stars Mary Lirette as Luna Green, a psychic medium connected to the investigation, and Bryan Easley as Chief Detective Sam Harper, who works to uncover the truth behind the crimes affecting the community. The cast also includes Zuhair Ahmed, Austin Lampe and Jonathan E. Simons.
Produced by Sandip Patel and Rita Patel, Holy Father comes from the makers of Holy Ghost and serves as the second instalment in the planned Holy Trilogy. With festival submissions already underway and awards and nominations received during its festival journey, the film is now seeking distribution while building awareness among horror, crime and supernatural thriller audiences.
