Limited Edition My Dying Bride ‘My Dying Wife’ Charity T-Shirt

Originating from an accidental slip up by Sky News presenter Gillian Joseph, metal band ‘My Dying Bride’ have lightheartedly taken the error in their stride, using it as an opportunity to offer support for the music industry after a difficult year.

Causing an uproar amongst fans, Gillian incorrectly introduced the band as ‘My Dying Wife’, which has been taking in good spirit and used as an opportunity to do good via charity fundraising.

The band have released a limited edition charity t-shirt to raise money for the UK Metal Merger campaign supporting all live music crew that have found themselves without income over the last year.

Fans can now buy a black t-shirt with the mistakenly named ‘My Dying Wife’ slogan in an eerie white font, with a percentage of the earnings going towards the Stagehand Crew Relief Fund, aimed at avoiding a catastrophic loss of skills; knowledge and experience in the live music industry.
