NEW RELEASE: Israel-American Singer Announces Release Of EP And Leading Single
With leading track ‘Inspirational Song’ and new EP entitled ‘Noon To Nine’, Yoav Gerbers makes his comeback to the music industry and sets an example of his new found sound. If you are a fan of R.E.M and The Beatles, this EP may be one you want to add to your collection and your playlists!
Working with producer and musician Shai Saadia, the EP ‘Noon To Nine’ was created with passion and craftsmanship as Yoav Gerber combined multiple influences from genres such as rock, indie, and dance-pop. Completing each song from recording to mix in a single nine hour session, Yoav and Saadias sessions provided three songs for the EP and also inspired the name for the EP – Noon To Nine.
Talking about the process of writing his EP, Yoav states “I prefer writing melody first, though some lyrics will find their way in there that are worth keeping. But different approaches will lead to different sounding songs, so I like to dabble anywhere.”
Breaking genre guidelines and exploring the art of songwriting, Yoav Gerber draws in listeners to explore his musical thoughts. ‘Inspirational Song #12’, and ‘What Kind of Day Has It Been’ is scheduled for release on December 1st.
